Central Intake: Intake for all Children’s Developmental Services is done through Developmental Services Intake. Anyone may make a referral provided they have the consent of the parent/caregiver. The most common referral source is the parent, school, doctor and other health professional. You will need to be able to provide some basic information about the child and to list any diagnosis which has already been made. You may also wish to contact us to discuss your concerns so that we may direct you appropriately.
In recent years the high demand for service has resulted in a waitlist for some services. There is no waitlist for Service Coordination Services and most families are seen within two weeks of the referral date.
